Yi Tiao Gen
A root native to the Kinmen islands, wild-harvested rather than farmed at scale. Traced back to the 1660s, when soldiers stationed on Kinmen first turned to the root for relief. A staple of herbal practice for over 350 years, gathered wild in limited seasonal quantity.

Graphene
