JUST PEEL, ROLL OR MASSAGE

Where to apply

Patches, rollers and cream all work in their own simple way. Peel and press a patch onto clean, hairless skin. Roll our gels and oils on wherever you like the scent. Massage a little cream in until it’s absorbed.

Popular spots include the inner wrist, shoulder, lower back, upper arm, lower leg, temples and neck. For patches, choose a hairless area — even the sole of the foot suits sensitive skin.

Experiment and find what works for you.

Tips for Applying

Clean & dry skin works best
Alcohol wipes remove oils & moisture for better patch adhesion
Hairless skin works best for patches — try the upper arm, shoulder, lower leg or lower back
Press patches firmly for full contact; roll gels and oils directly onto skin; massage cream in until absorbed
Avoid layering other lotions or creams under a patch
